Christy Burdock captures contemporary stories within small communities in Britain, making the mundane and commonplace a source of beauty and interest.
For this exhibition, Christy has made new work based on research on the most ordinary areas of Salford in the form of drawings and paintings. These are exhibited alongside a body of work based on research with remote hill farmers in Northumberland.
