Throughout time the lives of humans and animals have always been closely connected. We have used items from our collection to explore these relationships, from animals used in sport, working animals, the bonds developed through domestication of animals, and how animals have influenced decoration and entertainment in everyday life.
Each section of the collection has been delved into, including painting, decorative art and social history, to show together for an eclectic exhibition suitable for all ages and intrigue.
