I moved to the north west in February 2016 and despite many photography trips around the city there were still new areas to discover. I had gone out around the Castlefield area of Manchester in September 2016 when I came across the Roman fort. The sunlight gave a warm illumination to the sandal sculpture that was added to by the colour and texture of the background wall.
