Harold did this sketch for me at a City of Salford Mayor’s Charity Dinner, I think at the Copthorne Hotel, Salford Quays in 1991. I think the Mayor was Councillor Joe Murphy. The main speaker at the dinner was Alex Ferguson, Manchester United’s Manager and also there was Neil Midgley, Football Referee.
A friend and I went up to the top table and Harold did the Thin Dog for myself and a Fat Dog for my friend!
