We are delighted to be holding a symposium event here at Salford Museum & Art Gallery, using the museum’s Pilkington’s collection and archive as a base for discussion and presentations. The event has been supported by the University of Manchester and made possible by funding from Booth Charities
The symposium sees contributions from the Pilkington’s Lancastrian Society and a range of academic speakers from across the UK.
The ticket price includes a buffet lunch and refreshments. To qualify for the discount, students should bring their identification to the symposium.
Please note the museum is closed to the public on Mondays so only a small number of galleries will be open to ticket holders.
