Exhibition details
Here We Stand is an exhibition of work by Greater Manchester based photographer and digital media artist, Steven Speed.
Representing the last 20 years of his practice, the exhibition focuses on stories relating to the problems communities have had accessing space, be that for housing, social needs or cultural activities.
His images reflect issues around homelessness, the cladding crisis, environmental damage and pollution, demolitions of housing stock and the closure of public buildings and services.
The exhibition focuses on areas in and around Salford, and includes a mix of portraiture and landscape photography alongside magazine design and graphic illustrations.
