During October half term, we will be decorating the street for Halloween, with lots of spooky things to spot!
Take a step back in time to Lark Hill Place, an atmospheric re-creation of a typical northern street during Victorian times before taking in the upstairs galleries showing the social history and art collections and temporary exhibitions.
You can also pre-book a spooky Halloween family afternoon tea to enjoy in our café.
Book in 30 minute time slots from 9.30am-4.30pm, Tuesday to Friday and 11.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Max. of 35 people on each start time. You will start your visit in the street where we have a limit of 35 people, and then you are free to explore the galleries. We encourage face coverings to be worn when visiting museums and spooky costumes strongly encouraged!
We ask that you do not make a booking for more than one household in your party. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by someone who is 16 or over and who is responsible for them during their visit. We request that for every 5 children visiting there is at least 1 responsible adult with them.
Visits are free; however, we welcome donations. Your support helps us to deliver a range of educational visits and to produce a changing exhibitions programme.
