Boy in sailor suit

I was interested to see you have an online exhibition of Harold Riley’s
works and thought you might be interested in hearing about an original
oil painting by Harold Riley that has been in my family for decades.

It is a study of a boy in a sailor suit who was taking part in the
Whitsun Parade in Manchester.  We also have a letter written by Harold
Riley on headed paper who confirms the provenance of the painting.   He
wrote that the full painting is in the Whitney Collection in the USA but
all my research in this respect has drawn a blank.
